This Deluxe Carrier is equipped with Velcro Tank Band Straps with Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel D-Rings and a Rubber Molded, Side Carry Handle. If you need the use of your hands when transporting your cylinder the Deluxe Carrier also comes with a Removable and Adjustable Padded Shoulder Strap.
